Description

     The “Emex Forte” Anti-Mold Sanitizer Solution is a concentrated blend of thyazolinone for treating at the surface and depth the surfaces contaminated with micro algae, fungi, bacteria, yeasts and molds, visible (usually in the form of dampness) or not, prior to application of the emulsion paints or decorative plasters. This product has a very wide spectrum of action and has the role both to even deeper decontaminate the areas already attacked, and to prevent the occurrence of any form of dampness and even the risk of it.

Utilization Domains

     The “Emex Forte” Anti-Mold Sanitizer Solution is used for treating the interior or exterior surfaces of the building, of different structures, contaminated with molds or different forms of dampness but also for inhibiting the occurrence of any form of these.

     This product can be used in any area of the buildings, even exposed to excessive moisture, for advance protecting against molds of any kind, prior to preparing the surfaces for covering with emulsion paints.

     It is used as initial layer for covering the following types of surfaces: concrete, masonry, lime and cement plasters, lime or gypsum plasters and polishing plaster coats, new or old plasters based on binding materials, gypsum boards, absorbent mineral conglomerates of any type, organic or mineral old paintings, dry, compact and absorbent paintings, OSB, MDF, PAL, ply, panel, linen, carton, asbestos cement, expanded polystyrene.

     For a superior preparation of the support, subsequently to protecting with Anti-mold solution it is recommended the application of an “Emex” Anti-Mold Primer, “Emex” Pore Equalization and Filling Base Coat, polishable.

     This solution for preventing and cleaning the molds does not have restrictions for application on surfaces with mineral base and is successfully used in system with any emulsion paint, but it is prevalently recommended for: Premium “Emex Gold” Emulsion Paint, “Emex” Anti-Mold Paint, “Emex” Superwashable Paint or “Emex Silk” Enameled Emulsion Paint.
