Description

     The “Emex LQ” Spatula Mass for Renovations is a plasticized product, ready to use, based on polymers, extenders and additives, intended for flattening the uneven surfaces, filling the holes, joints or unevenness and cracks between and from the concrete tiles and generally correcting the damages of the surfaces of any kind, prior to covering with emulsion paints or similar products. In case of dampness or other molds, even old, on the surface to be used, it is recommended to previously use “Emex” Forte Sanitizer.

     The “Emex LQ” Spatula Mass for Renovations is used for flattening the unevenness on the surface of the plasters, masonries, plasters, etc., for filling holes or joints between and from the covering tiles (concrete, plaster, etc.) and for correcting the damages, cracks, irregularities or making renovations on surfaces of any kind, during surface preparation.

     This product is compatible with the following types of surfaces with mineral base: concrete, masonry, lime and cement plasters, lime or gypsum plasters and polishing plaster coats, new or old plasters based on binding materials, gypsum boards, absorbent mineral conglomerates of any type, organic or mineral old paintings, dry, compact and absorbent paintings.

     It can also be successfully used on other surfaces such as OSB, MDF, PAL, ply, panel, cardboard, asbestos cement, expanded polystyrene.

     Although the first usage of this type of paste for renovations ready-made, is to repairing and correcting the surfaces, due to its adherence and superior properties (elasticity, flexibility, compatibility with different supports) can be used for binding different elements used in constructions (such as panels, polystyrene plates, etc.).

     If the Spatula mass is used for binding, the support will be prepared prior to application: the surfaces must be flatten, flat, dry, resistant. You should bear in mind that the concretes containing additives such as silica, polyvinyl alcohol, waxes, etc.., can negatively influence the product adherence.
